#1. Return Policy - Overview
We are working hard to process all returns/exchanges and if you have sent a return in, you will be notified asap that your return has been processed. Thanks for your patience and for helping make HoverboardEX great!
Hoverboards, hoverboard scooters & smart hoverboards that listed in our store are available with solid construction & high quality components, most of which are powered by Samsung batteries.
We proud of the quality of the products that we sell and fewer than 1% of hoverboard scooters that we shipped were subject to any quality issue. Even though, we still processing with our official return policy for occasional and the followings that we concern.

#2. Return Policy - 14-Day after receiption
If you have a broken or defective item from us, follow the steps below and return it for a full refund!
"Full refund" means the full product price, shipping fees not included. We never charge restocking fees.
Sale items are only eligible for exchange.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you receipt your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
#3. Return Policy - Unused & original packaging
To be eligible for a return, hoverboards or scooters that you bought must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
#4. Return Policy - Proof of purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. As well, please attached us photos to proof us that a broken or defective item you had received.
#5. Return Policy - Complete the return form
Please complete the return form that we send you while we confirmed with your return requested.
#6. Return Policy - Pack & shipping
Use the original shipping box and packing materials that your hoverboard came in. If the original packing box is damage, please pack with a new carton box and confirmed with us before your shipping.
Customers are responsible for their own return postage.
#7. Return Policy - Uncover
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
#8. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
#9. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 30 days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
